Bernie Grimm Profiles — Defendant Joe Price's Lawyer

For more than 20 years, Bernie Grimm defended street-level criminals in the District of Columbia.  In January 2008, he moved to defend white collar defendants.  Defending Joe Price in the Robert Wone case will be his first high profile white collar case.

Does anyone know Bernie Grimm, and his work?  What do we expect from a lawyer, who is known by colleagues as great courtroom showman, and a self described “renegade?  Will his skills defending street-level criminals easily transfer to a white collar trial?

This profile highlight Grimm’s work in the Rico Drug Conspiracy trial, and that he is a regular commentator on Fox News, CNN, and Court TV.

Hi Bernie!

Thanks for all your hard work. I really love your analysis on the Anthony trial. You and Greta are a great team and I love to compare and contrast your thoughts and ideas. As just an outside observer, I could not sit on that Casey Anthony jury and listen to all the crap that Jose Baez is throwing at the court.I understand his job;but he has no substance. All he can do is throw anybody and everybody under the bus.

I also wanted to ask you about your Akita’s. Do you still have Akitas? I just rescued my second Akita from Alameda Count a few months ago. I have pictures of him on my facebook. He bit a teenage boy who was swinging an object st him and he went into protection mode. Since I have had him, he has not had one bad day. He is a great boy and his name is Yoshi. I love him very much and I feel good that he fell into my life.

Thanks Bernie! Your the best!
