The prosecution announced that “unless something changes between now and trial,” that the defendants will not be chared with murder. So that means that Joseph Price, Victor Zaborsky and Dylan Ward will be tried on three ancillary crimes — conspiracy to mmitt murder, obstruction of justice, and tampering with evidence. Now all of these charges are nothing to sneeze at with each of them carrying significant prison time.
