The Blog of the Legal Times broke today a letter that Joseph Price’s counsel, Bernie Grimm, sent to U.S. Attorney Glen Kirschner accusing the prosecution of not turning over all available evidence during discovery.
In the letter Grimm notes the prosecution sought a warrant for the journal and/or diary of Louis Hinton. Who is Louis Hinton? And what is the reason for the prosecution’s interest in the diary? If anyone knows, please offer a comment. This is the first time I have read the name of Louis Hinton as it pertains to this case.

Louis Hinton is Mike Price’s partner
Check out this bizarre message left on Robert Wone’s legacy.com guestbook by Louis Hinton himself on August 6, 2006. Was he high as a kite when he wrote this?

Words are not adequate enough in times of grief. No one can pretend they know your pain. The Life you shared, so precious and dear. The loving moments, your hopes, your dreams all seem so heavy now.
I know the tears of sorry. I know the tears are hopes and dreams being renewed. I know the tears contain the life that was once shared. I know the tears will allow you to feel the embracing touch of a love. And, I know now that each teardrop contains life, and my love one lives within!
My prayer is that God brings the understanding to you. Because He loves us all!
