I read “Moultrie, Moultrie, Moultrie” and thought “Fryeeday, Fryeeday, gotta get down on Fryeeday”

    I’m sorry everyone.

    • AnnaZed on 04/18/2011 at 1:06 PM

Oh Michael, that was bad ~ like life altering bad. Now Moultrie and Rebecca are inextricably linked in my mind forever. I shake my fist at you.

    • Doug on 04/18/2011 at 2:28 PM

      To the doghouse with you.

Glad to see a hearing has been scheduled, though I’m not necessarily expecting any dispositive result. This could result in a more general admonition or warning to work things out, move things along and not play games, with the possibility of a stronger ruling down the road. I certainly see no sign of a “plan” nor should there be from an objective jurist.

    • Craig on 04/18/2011 at 12:44 PM

Maybe we’ll get some in camera activity scheduled so this can be sorted out? Or might Rankin have enough paper in front of him to rule tomorrow?

  3. JuChen on 04/18/2011 at 4:58 PM

Feel more like a private club here.

    • Bea on 04/18/2011 at 5:45 PM

Come join us! Introduce yourself – many of us have been here a long while and know a bit about each other, so it may “read” wrong. But we like new voices and points of view. We do get the occasional person who drops in to stir the pot without being able to back up their POV (or who hate if they’re not agreed with by all out of the box). Let us know your thoughts on what occurred/what you foresee as important going forward.

      • AnnaZed on 04/18/2011 at 6:45 PM

Bea, JuChen is not a new visitor. He/she has been here before to make this vital contribution to the Joseph Price thread http://whomurderedrobertwone.com/the-defendants/joseph-price/:

JuChen on 03/27/2011 at 9:05 AM ~ Robert Wone’s biggest mistake was to befriend and trust these homosexuals who hid their depravity so cleverly from him…”

Oh and via his other log-in this contribution (Same thread):

justicedc on 03/19/2011 at 12:28 PM ~ Old friend – You have the right to remain silence. Anything you say will be used against you from now on.

effectively silencing Old Friend and his insights about Joe Price.

Though by all means engage with him/her if you like, but don’t fall for the dew-eyed neophyte act.

        just sayin’

        • JuChen on 04/18/2011 at 8:00 PM

AZ, Did you see Craig’s “Those user’s comments …. There will be no games that involves identities, online or other, of the readers here.”?

          • AnnaZed on 04/18/2011 at 8:05 PM

Linking to your own posts at this site (where you were outed for using multiple log-ins) would not fall under that rubric.

            • JuChen on 04/18/2011 at 8:18 PM

You are “crossing” Bea. I’m sorry.

              • Bea on 04/18/2011 at 9:07 PM

JuChen, really? Why not answer the other post directed at you to tell us your theories and provide some substantive comments?

AnnaZed and I get along just fine, thank you. Knock it off.

          • Bea on 04/18/2011 at 8:13 PM

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, then, why don’t you give us some of your thoughts about your theory on what happened that night or about the civil trial.

  4. Bill on 04/18/2011 at 6:24 PM

JuChen – Your feeling rings true. It is a private club and don’t dare have an opposing opinion. These were the folks who were blind sided by the verdict b/c they couldn’t see that the facts of the case didn’t add up. To carry this on long after the trial while waiting with baited breath for the civil trial is very disturbing.

    • Bea on 04/18/2011 at 8:15 PM

So many Bills on this site, though I think I remember you – would you remind me of what your theory was too? I dislike these pop-in posts but I’m always curious what theories people have.

      • Bill Orange on 04/18/2011 at 9:12 PM

I believe this Bill is the one who pops in every month or two to tell everyone else how weird they are for continuing to come to this site. And he appears to be totally immune to the irony of this behavior.

        • cdindc on 04/18/2011 at 9:14 PM

“They” all tend to cluster at the same time. Coincidental? Not.

  5. JuChen on 04/18/2011 at 9:30 PM

    The Gang’s All Here.

    • Bill on 04/18/2011 at 10:42 PM

      LOL!

    • Bea on 04/18/2011 at 11:35 PM

Funny how you two aren’t interested in providing your opinions or discussing the civil case or what might occur in solving the murder. I guess that’s not the point of coming here, huh?

      • Clio on 04/19/2011 at 10:31 PM

Bea, darling, guess what other pairs are not interested in getting to the truth? Could it be Vic and Joe, Joe and Dyl, Dyl and Scott, etc.?

Unfortunately, the slow wheels of justice have temporarily emboldened Team Price and their fellow travelers — like the Confederacy’s win at Fredericksburg, that glow won’t last for long! Kisses, Clio.

Purpose of this Site

On August 2nd, 2006, Washington attorney Robert E. Wone was murdered at 1509 Swann Street. Over two years passed before any criminal charges were filed - and then only conspiracy, obstruction of justice and crime scene tampering charges were brought against the Swann Street housemates, all present in the home on the night of the murder: Joe Price, Dylan Ward and Victor Zaborsky.

On May 17, 2010, a DC Superior Court trial got underway and all three defendants were all acquitted in that bench trial on those pending charges.

Nearly four years later, very little seems clear about what happened that night and who murdered Robert Wone. A cloud of suspicion remains over the Swann Street defendants who have denied any involvement in the murder of their friend or in the alleged cover up.

Judge Lynn Leibovitz found a moral certainty in their collective guilt, but not evidentiary certainty. Civil proceedings in a wrongful death suit filed by Robert's family is the next chapter in this tragic story.

We continue to work together seeking answers to the mystery of Robert Wone's murder and in finding justice for his memory and legacy.
