Poll Results

The following are the results of yesterday’s polls from the post 24.  For those who did not vote or view the results, these are the tallies as of midnight Eastern Time (6/29/2010).

Dr. David Fowler was selected as the strongest expert for the prosecution with 75% of the votes cast.

Dr. Farzad Najam narrowly edged out Dr. Vincent DiMaio as the strongest expert for the defense with 32% of the votes cast.  Of course in a statistically valid poll, this would probably be a tie.

The majority of votes cast, 60%,  indicated that Judge Leibovitz will render a mixed decision with two or more of the defendants found guilty.

Coverage begins tomorrow with the outcome from Room 310 at the Moultrie Courthouse to be posted once a verdict is announced.

Whatever the outcome of today’s judgment, I hope all can find a measure of Justice in it. Our American system of justice is imperfect, indeed one might say scandalous–until one considers the known and realistically imagined alternatives.

And, whatever the outcome of today’s judgment (I voted with the 60%), yes, I’m still proud.

And with good reason. I think many here besides myself believe your daughter did a fine job in working to bring about a just outcome tomorrow; I thank her for her efforts.

You should definitely be a proud papa. From what I have been able to follow in the news and here, she did a great job.
Anxiously awaiting the verdict, hopefully, it will be
guilty, guilty, guilty.

I for one won’t be getting any work done until after 11:00am…I wonder if the local DC news and TV groups will be posting verdicts live?

BE NOT DISCOURAGED. JUSTICE ON A SUPREME LEVEL WILL OCCUR – GOD IS THE ULTIMATE JUDGE:

REPOST – THIS WAS POSTED LAST NIGHT – THE WORDS EXPRESSED REMAIN TRUTH:

Sandra Renee Hicks on 06/28/2010 at 9:24 PM
Greetings –

Whatever occurs tomorrow in the courtroom of the Honorable
judge – it is complete truth that the Supreme JUDGE – GOD
will render His verdict – no guessing there.

It is in the best interest of the defendants to come clean because the judge in courtroom 310 shall not render their FINAL verdicts.
The blood of Robert Wone cries out for justice. His blood shall be avenged!

Believe that GOD is furious at the murder, the cover-up, the
stonewalling, and the utter viciousness of the crime.
DYLAN and,JOE…They need to confess…judgment day is real….

That is a shame, I will look forward to reading her opinion.

Apparently she spent an hour explaining her verdict and said she thinks the defs know who committed the murder. Not exactly a finding of “innocence.”
