Looking Back, Looking Ahead

As we approach next week and Friday’s D.C. Superior Court hearing on motions to stay the civil case, a few thoughts on the past week.

First, for those new to this site, welcome. A special round of thanks goes out to Towleroad, Michael Musto and Queerty for helping get the word out and for drawing  awareness to both the case, and to Robert’s memory.

Second, thanks to those who took the time to offer smart and informed comment, and to the many more who reached out to us filling our mailbag with leads and words of encouragement. We were especially heartened to see a number of comments from some of Robert’s friends and are grateful to you for sharing your personal stories and thoughts.

Looking ahead to the new week we hope to offer insight on the civil case and its relation to the criminal proceedings, as well as a few nuggets of investigation and comment we’re working on.

Again, thanks to all for your interest.  Your attention is helping renew focus on this case and our shared aim of finding Robert’s murderer. Link, talk to your friends, spread the word.  Every new idea, lead and theory brings us closer to our ultimate goal.

If you have received strories about Robert, why are they not shared under Robert E. Wone? I am curious to know more about the man inspiring so many. Also, why are the legal documents posted so incomplete? It does not make sense to post an opposition to motions without posting the motions in response to which the opposition was filed, and does not give a full understanding of what is going on.
