Do you hear that? Is that the Defendants beginning to shake?

The Blog of the Legal Time reported on December 30 that no plea bargain was in sight. The main reason to extend a plea agreement would be if the prosecution felt they didn’t have enough evidence to convict, and with no charges of murder yet filed, they would undermine their strategy, which is to put pressure on the defendants, individually and as a group, to sing.

Second the blog reveals for the first time more areas that were searched including all of the homes owned by Price and Zaborsky, and Ward’s polygraph test.  Clearly they have more evidence than was revealed in the initial Obstruction of Justice affidavit for Dylan Ward.
